Chance to hear neglected Requiem Sat 19 January 2013

This Saturday 19 January 2013, at St Peter’s Church, St Albans, don’t miss the chance to hear George Lloyd’s underrated but remarkable Requiem, together with Britten’s extraordinary cantata Rejoice in the Lamb, when St Albans Chamber Choir celebrates the centenary of the births of these two great British composers.  The programme also includes Vaughan Williams’s haunting song cycle On Wenlock Edge, with Michael Solomon Williams.  See Concerts for full details
